President of Kazakhstan announced tax decriminalization in 2021 in support of foreign investors
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took part in a working meeting of the Foreign Investors Council. During an online meeting with foreign investors, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced tax decriminalization in 2021.
“I supported the request of foreign investors – next year the current thresholds for bringing businesses to criminal liability for tax violations will be revised. In other words, a truly effective tax decriminalization will be carried out”, – Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev said. His words are quoted by the press service of Akorda.
