Botagoz Omarova

Botagoz Omarova is a lawyer in the Kazakhstan office of the company. Botagoz has a PhD in Law and has experience in scientific, legislative and practical fields.

Education
Botagoz Omarova is a member of the Chamber of Legal Consultants “Kazbar”. She studied in postgraduate studies (2004) and bachelor’s degree (2001) at the Kazakh State Law Academy (Kazakhstan, Almaty). Prior to that, she worked as a leading researcher at the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also held the position of lawyer, head of the legal department in domestic companies.

Publications
Botagoz Omarova is a co-author of the scientific and practical commentary to the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was a member of the working group on the draft Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (APPC RK). Botagoz is the author of more than 20 publications, some of which are: The concept and meaning of alternative forms of pre-trial settlement of disputes arising from administrative legal relations, Administrative lawsuit as a way to protect subjective rights in public law disputes, Pre-trial settlement of administrative disputes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
