The Head of State signed amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences

The Head of State signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On amendments and additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses”, the press service of Akorda reports.

As previously reported, the Constitutional Court, at the request of the President, checked the constitutionality of normative legal acts adopted by Parliament.

The Constitutional Court recognized the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Return of illegally Acquired assets to the State”, the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Prosecutor’s Office”, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the return of illegally acquired assets to the state”, “On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses” and “On Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget” (Tax Code)”, adopted by the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 20 and 29, 2023 and submitted for signature to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 27 and 29 2023, corresponding to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
