Changes in construction legislation

Majilis Committee on Regional Development adopted in the work of reforming the Construction Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan .

This project was developed on behalf of the President.The project combines existing laws: “On architectural, urban planning and construction activities”, “On individual housing construction”; “On equity participation in housing construction” into a unified Building Code, as well as the introduction of a system  e-Qurylys, which will allow online monitoring of all stages of construction, the introduction of a unified register of permits in the construction sector, the introduction of public control of architectural and construction activities. As well as increasing the warranty period of operation of objects from 2 to 5 years.
