Transfer of a share of the authorized capital
This possibility of transferring a share from the owners of the authorized capital to trust management appeared on the website eGov.kz.
Receipt of the state service “Transfer of a share of the authorized capital to trust management” is available online on the e-government portal egov.kz.
This service is provided free of charge for legal entities and individuals.
With the help of the new service, it is also possible for the founder (individual) to transfer shares of the authorized capital to trust management, change the terms for the transfer of a share and withdraw the transfer to trust management.
The term for the provision of services on eGov.kz is no more than 3 (three) working days following the day the application was submitted.
Thus, the result of the service for citizens will be to receive a notification about the provision of the service or a reasoned refusal.
