Benefits in the new Tax Code

In 2023, work will begin on a new Tax Code, which will provide benefits for taxpayers.

No tax amnesty is planned for 2023, but tax incentives will be introduced. This was announced by Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Daniyar Zhanalinov at a briefing of the Central Communications Service.

“It should be understood that amnesty is not an annual obligation accepted by the relevant bodies of the State Revenue Committee for execution. If an appropriate instruction is given for this, it should be decided at the level of the Government or the Head of State – based on this, an appropriate amnesty is carried out,” D. Zhanalinov said, answering journalists’ questions.
