• In 2017 we advised Kazzinc (Kazakhstan) on EPC contract in relation to Zhayrem Mining Combinat (over 100 mln USD).

Construction of JSC “Jayrem Mining and Processing Plant”

• Drafting the contract on Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) for the mining and processing plant.
• Advising the Client on specific provisions of EPC and EPCM contracts based on the applicable law and provisions of FIDIC model agreements.
