The courts handed over part of civil cases to notaries in Kazakhstan, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports

The law on the protection of property rights provides that now notaries will resolve some types of civil disputes. These are undisputed debt collection requirements.

The ministry believes that this measure will allow avoiding judicial red tape, “because there are no controversial grounds for their resolution by the court.”

Corresponding amendments were made to the Civil Procedure Code and the Law “On Notary” in the framework of the law on enhancing protection of property rights, arbitration, streamlining court load and further humanizing criminal law.
