Amendments to legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: February 2021
In February 2021, Kazakhstanis are expected to amend a number of legislative acts in the following areas:
– registration of legal entities and real estate;
– drinking water supply;
– transport;
– social protection of the population;
– gambling business;
– immigrants;
– occupational Safety and Health;
– medicine;
– energy;
– bankruptcy;
– military service.
For instance, the procedure for state registration of rights to real estate and legal entities has changed.
The order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations established requirements for legal entities claiming the right to carry out repair, installation and technical diagnostics of elevators, escalators, lifts for the disabled, etc.
