Botagoz A. Omarova
Botagoz Omarova is an Associate in the office located in Kazakhstan. Botagoz is a candidate of Legal Sciences and has experience in scientific, legislative and practical fields.
Botagoz Omarova is a member of the “Kazbar” Chamber of Legal Advisers. She studied in graduate school (2004) and bachelor’s degree (2001) at the Kazakh State Law Academy (Kazakhstan, Almaty). Prior to that, she worked as a leading researcher at the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and has experience as a lawyer, head of the legal department in domestic companies.

Botagoz Omarova is a co-author of the scientific and practical commentary on the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was a member of the working group on the draft Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Botagoz is the author of over 20 publications, some of which are: “The concept and meaning of alternative forms of pre-trial settlement of disputes arising from administrative legal relations”; “Administrative claim as a way to protect subjective rights in public law disputes”; “Pre-trial settlement of administrative disputes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan”
